With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Jean Hurd of North Anson, Maine, born in Madison, Maine, who passed away on November 21, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Douglas and Josephine Douglas (Frasier); and her sister Regina Dyer. She is survived by: her husband Don Hurd; her sons, Joseph Fortin and Travis Fortin of North Anson; her grandsons, Patrick Fortin of Belfast and Tabor Fortin of Madison; her great grandchild Alexis Fortin of North Anson; her siblings, Roland Douglas (Debbie) of Anson, Corey Douglas (Judy) of Little River, Joyce Dillon (Tom) of Anson and Toby Douglas of Meadview, Arizona.; her brother-in-law Stafford Dyer of Madison; her nieces, Kelley Dyer and Julie Erickson of Madison; her close friend Ann Lawler of Canaan; and also Liz Toner. She is also survived by Many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
