He was predeceased by: his father David R. Bolduc; and his stepfather Mackie Moore. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Bolduc of Embden; his brothers, Lance Bolduc (Cecilia) of Skowhegan, Ron Bolduc (Tina) of Lebanon and Jamie "Bo" Bolduc (Leanne Robertson) of Fairfield; his stepmother Jane Bolduc of Winslow; and his grandmother Irene Dumont of Skowhegan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles; and nieces and nephews.
