He was predeceased by: his father Richard Ham, Sr.; and his mother-in-law Judy Porter. He is survived by: his mother Pauline Ham (Beaupre) of Dexter; his daughter Courtney Marie of Levant; his wife Sue; his father-in-law John Porter of Newport; his siblings, Richard Ham, Jr. (Ellimay) of Dexter, David Ham (Lynn) of St. Albans and Ginny Mullaney (Mike) of Charleston; and his siblings-in-law, John Porter (Karen) of Murphy, NC, Jeffrey Porter of Newport, Lori York (Scott) of Millinocket and Beth Leighton (Gary) of Exeter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and good friends.
