She was predeceased by: her parents, Cohen Mayhew and Helen Mayhew (Woodman); her husband John H. Murphy; her son George Francis, Jr.; her son-in-law Aaron Chadbourne; and her great grandchild Darius Hill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharlene Hill (Samuel Hill, Sr.) of West Gardiner, Dr. Lauren Mayhew of Biddeford and Darlene Chadbourne of Palmyra; her grandchildren, Paula Francis Thody (Chris Thody), Samuel Hill, Jr., Bryan Fanjoy (Cheyan), Amanda Fanjoy (Jonathan), Eliza Kelsey, Shane Hill, Laurie Foustoukos and Nate Chadbourne (Mindy); and her great grandchildren, Cheyenne Bereau, Jaylee Smith, Patricia Thody, Jasmine Smith, Rebekah Thody, Dreams Hill, Makayla Thody, Xavier Fanjoy, Camara Fanjoy, Kaiden Marsten, Bryce Hill, Triton Hill, Oliver Hill, Remington Fanjoy, Taylor Hill, Hendrixx Hill and Chevelle Fanjoy.
