He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Provost; his siblings, James, Michael and Deborah Ireland; and his nephew Harold Ireland.
He is survived by: his mother Ann Provost (Prossin); his siblings, Hilston Ireland of Brockton, MA, David Ireland of Florida, John Provost of Brockton, MA, Kevin Provost of Carmel and Kathleen Picard of Ayer, MA; and also Scooter.
