We bid farewell to Rita West (Newport, Maine), born in Dover Foxcroft, Maine, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 2, 2024 at the age of 72. Rita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Maurice Doore and Beverly Doore (Cobb) of Garland; her daughter Mary West; her close friend Kelly Edson of Sangerville; her siblings, Michael Doore (Debbie) of Garland, Brenda Doore and Amy Sue Doore of Garland; her sister-in-law Madelon (Jerry Dyki) of New Britan, CT; her stepson Kenneth West (Angel) of Bangor; her granddaughter Nicole West; her husband Ronald Michael West; and her brother Maxwell Doore of Garland. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews as well as family friends.
