He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Malone and Erma Malone (Royal); his wife Anna Malone (Chase); his siblings, Joan Richardson, Barbara, Edward and Raymond Malone; and his former wife Alice Malone (Brooks).
He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Malone of Lynn, MA and Patricia (John Bessey) of Newport; his grandchildren, Amber, Erin and Conner Bessey of Newport; his great grandchild Trenton Brann; his stepsons, Kenny, David Rines and Tom Richardson; his pets, Shadow, Lulu and Skippy; and also Paul Vigue of Hartland.
