He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Mills and Mary Mills (Newcomb) of Newport, Maine.. He is survived by: his wife Paula Hackney; his daughters, Michelle Mills and Elizabeth Mills; his grandson Liam Michael Gonya of Fishers; and his brother Barry Mills.
