He is survived by: his stepmother Joann Hart; his wife Sherry; his daughters, Katrina and Sarah; his stepchildren, Brent and Jill; and his siblings, Barry and Stacey. He is also survived by grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family, church family and friends.
