He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric Fennelly and Hazel Fennelly (Arno); and his siblings, Robert and Alice (Russell Moulton). He is survived by: his wife Linda Fennelly (Easley); his children, Keith, Jr. (Tracey) of Florida, Craig (Jennifer) of Carmel, Allen Easley of Newport and Dawn (Tom Byron) of Troy; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Easley of Troy, Diane Tyler (Ion) of Waldo, Keith Fennelly, III (Lindsey) of Massachusetts, Alliana Fennelly of Massachusetts and Eyan Fennelly of Carmel; and his brother David of Dexter. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
