He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Tozier and Jenny Tozier (Taylor); his son Joseph Tozier; and his siblings, Joyce, Jolene and Everett.
He is survived by: his daughter Holly Tozier of Bangor; his siblings, Robert of Saco, Fremont of Searsport, Joel of Swanville, Oscar, Marilyn Harvey of Searsport and Janice Bardeleben; his grandchildren, Amanda Emery, Michael Burnham, Aaron Kress, Kathleen Gordon and Rebecca O'Keefe; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Autumn Emery, Alesha and Dontae Burnham; and his children, Deanna Thompson, Jade Morse, Shawn Thompson, Mark Davis, Starr Stuart and Donna Dunphy.
