She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Florence Bryson, Sr. (Lynch); her husband Albert F. Fernald; and her siblings, James Bryson, Jr., Lewis Bryson, Ralph Bryson, Louise Lovejoy, Phyllis MacDonald, Jackie DeLong and Marilyn Bolduc.

She is survived by: her son Paul (Joni Fernald) of Detroit; her grandson Travis P. Fernald of Palmyra; and her sister Gloria Burrill of Corinna.
