With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David P. Cook of Newport, Maine, who passed away on April 6, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Cook and Adeline Cook (Booth); his wife Marilyn Bates Cook; his son David L. Cook; and his brother Calvin Buzzell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda (Thomas Cote), Susan (Daniel Weeks) and Colleen (Thomas Paige); and his sisters, Betty O'Farrell and Mary Purvis. He is also survived by two sisters, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
