We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Cheryl Carmichael of Newport, Maine, born in Bangor, Maine. She is survived by: her parents, Lewis and Helen Carmichael, Sr. (Reynolds); her children, Jack Merritt of Bangor and Sarah Young of Winthrop; her brothers, Harold Carmichael of Palestine, Lewis Carmichael, Jr. of Phoenix and Walter Carmichael of Palmyra; and her pet Sugar Rose.
