Cahill, Jr.; his wife Barbara Cahill of Chicago, IL.; his grandchildren, Michael Jr., Kyle and Kayla; his siblings, James "Zip" Cahill of New Vineyard, ME., Mary McInnis, John "Jack" and Francis Cahill; and also Michael J. Cahill (Jennifer) of Norwood. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
