Lloyd Day Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lloyd Day of New Sharon, Maine, who passed away on January 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Day and Faye Day (Currier) of New Sharon; his brother Roland (Marie Day); and his niece Ellen Marie Steele. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Day (Gorrill) of Old Town; his nephew Layton (Lorri Day) of Glenburn; his nieces, Laurie Gehrke (Bruce) of Veazie and Kim Day of Annapolis, MD.; and his siblings-in-law, Thomas Gorrill (Barbara), George Gorrill (Ann) of Albany, N. Y. and Elizabeth "Betty" Gorrill of Waterford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as several grand nieces and nephews.
