She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Warren Parlin and Blanche Fickett; her husband Richard; her siblings, Lewis Parlin, Oscar Parlin and Elsie Johnson; and her brother-in-law Robert Huff.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Burgess (Deborah) of Virginia, Sandra McIntyre (Michael) of Palmyra, Bonnie Gardner (Donald) of New Sharon and Scott Burgess (Corey) of New Hampshire; her sisters-in-law, Verna Parlin of Mercer, Martha Bosworth and Mary Huff; and her grandchildren, Jennifer MacDonald, Jeffery Burgess, Julie Powers, Jason, Joanne McIntyre, Katie Conway, Kimberly, Ben Gardner, Bailey and Paul Burgess.
