He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Cogar and Rebecca "Becky" Cogar; and his brothers, Gary and Kevin Cogar. He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa and Diane; his friend Jimmy Benner; and his nieces and nephews, Tammy and Woody.
In lieu of flowers, it would bring that twinkle to his eye if friends were to continue his tradition of quiet acts of random kindness.
