He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William McDougall and Mary McDougall (Lausier); his wife Mary Ellen (Portland); his daughters, Holly McDougall, Deborah Kenny (Richard) of Lewiston, Roberta McDougall of New Gloucester and Pamela McDougall of New Gloucester; and his brothers, Donald McDougall (Marion) of Connecticut, Galen McDougall (Laurel) of Ohio and Reginald McDougall (Jeanette) of Arkansas. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
