He was predeceased by: his parents, James Augustine and Jean Hayden Sullivan. He is survived by: his friend Rev. Coleman P. O'Toole; his siblings, Susan Sullivan, Helen Harder, James Sullivan, Joseph Sullivan (Kristine) and Daniel Sullivan (Deborah); his nieces and nephews, Thomas Minervino (Katie), Jodi MacVane (Lee), Margaret Minervino, John Harder, Ryan and Courtney Sullivan; his aunt Peggy Hayden; and his close friend Judy Lee. He is also survived by five great nieces and nephews.
