With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter C. James of Naples, Maine, born in Lewiston, Maine, who passed away on February 3, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peter C. James to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Donald and Nedra James (Cushman) of Phillips; his wife Suzanne; his children, Scott (Susan) of Plymouth, Mass., Stephanie (Scott Davis) of Naples, Shawn (Victoria) of East Longmeadow, Mass. and Steven (Erin) of Somerset, Mass.; his grandchildren, Taylor, Paige, Logan Davis, Gavin, Olivia James, Dylan, Ava and Hadley James; and his brother Kevin (Dori James) of Phillips. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held in the spring at the Crooked River Cemetery in Naples.The family recognizes that athletics served as an integral part of Peter's life and asks that any donation in his memory be sent to Lake Region Athletic Boosters at 1877 Roosevelt Trail Naples, ME 04055.
