He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald L. Chase and Rose Marie Winch Chase; and his sister Barbara Constantine. He is survived by: his wife Terina Chase of Naples; his sons, Joshua (Ciarra Chase) and Dominic of Naples; his stepdaughter Jessica (Nick Moulton); his stepgrandchild Jax of Raymond; his children, Jenna Chase of Windham, Libby Chase of Standish, Jordan Chase of Standish and Tanner Chase of Standish; and his siblings, Rita (Steve Cunningham) of Liverpool, NY, Loretta (John Maxwell) of Standish, Pamela (Bob Viles) of Westbrook and Bruce (Janet Chase) of Portland.
