He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Beal and Ethelyn Beal (Young); his wife Alice Bernice Grant; his grandson Owen Fickett; and his siblings, Joanne Potter, Vin and Vid.
He is survived by: his daughters, Resa Beal Drake (Mike) of Otis, Coreen Burt (Danny) of Milbridge, Dawn Fickett (Richard) of Cherryfield and Mary Gordon (Royce) of Ellsworth; his grandchildren, Misty, Philip, Cory (Becca), Alicia (Paul), Meagan, Kyle, Jared, Cassandra, Zachary, Jacqueline, Julia, Kendra, Emma, Jaden and Teri-Ann; his great grandchildren, Natalie, Ethan, Wesley, Philip and Ellie; his siblings, Nancy Harrington, Mary Smith, Delcina McLain, Sharon Moore (Marvin), Libby Joyce (Wayne), Dale Beal (Valerie), Patrick Beal (Dianne) and Shelley Phinney (Amos); and his sisters-in-law, Lillian Griffin (Dale) and Charlene Bagley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
