He is survived by: his parents, Emery W. and Elaine Smith (Rumill); his daughters, Anna Lee of Philadelphia, PA and Rebecca Rumill of Harrisburg, PA; his former wife Damaris (Worcester) of Southwest Harbor; and his siblings, David (Pamela) of Southwest Harbor, Gina Kilgore of Fridley, MN, Joanne Beal (Dwain) of Milbridge and Sylvia Porter (Jeff) of Seal Cove. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
