He is survived by: his sons, Jeffery Jr., Jack, James, Jonathan and Joshua; his siblings, Judy, Cheryl, Beth, Misty, Howard Jr., Russell, Craig, Matthew, James, Seth, Richard, Ben and Wickliff; and his friends, Ed, Tim and Elwood. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
