It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Higgins (Mount Desert, Maine), born in Bar Harbor, Maine, who passed away on September 1, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred H. and Nancy E. Hodgdon (Brown); her husband Elmer Higgins; her children, Ruthann Davis and Fred Davis; her sister Dot; her grandchildren, Teddy and Michelle; and her daughter-in-law Debbie.
She is survived by: her children, Chuck Turnbull and April Connors; her daughter-in-law Evelyn; her grandchildren, Melissa, Tracey, Husband Rob, Mike (Laura), Angela, Vince (Bridget), Rebecca (Norm), Ryan and Rick (Heidi); and her great grandchild Lots.
