He was predeceased by: his parents, George Britton and Elzena Britton (DeLong); his former wife Doris Britton (Mason); his siblings, Warren, Norville, Halston, Erdean, Dorothy and Harriet; and his grandson Job.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McCready; his son Halston (Joan Britton); his stepson Gary (Wanda St. Peter Jr.); and his brother-in-law John (Brenda McCready).
