He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Perfitt (Flewelling) of Monticello; his children, Donna 'Charlie' Ellis, Doug Sinclair Sr. of Hermon, Pamela, Fitzie, Fitzpatrick of Littleton, Philip, Lisa Perfitt of Monticello, Barbara 'Squirt', Dennis Tidd of Houlton, Reuben Perfitt of Monticello, Ervin Perfitt and Paula Perfitt of Houlton; his grandchildren, Frederick, Bruce (Jasmine), Rebecca (Jessie), Doug (Gabe), Dorinda (Tim), Melinda, Dustin (Becca), Jon (Jessica), Nick, Raegan and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Mia, Carter, William, Paige, Cameron, David, Jake, Case, Dylan, Owen, Charlotte, Leighton, Maci and Greyson; and his siblings, Audrey Dyer of Bangor and Robert of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
