He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard A. Gallop and Evelyn Gallop (Young); his son Benjamin A. Gallop; his former wife Nancy A. Gallop; and his sister Joyce Longley.
He is survived by: his former wife Nancy Hathaway; his son Richard R.; his former wife Judith E. Mason; his wife Judy Gallop of Monmouth; his son Russ Gallop of Lewiston; his grandchildren, Amanda Gallop, Ryan Gallop, Joshua Gallop, Meagan Annear and Robin Siderio; his stepchildren, Dennis Hutchinson (Marianne), Tammy Birtwell (Mark), Barry Green (Sondra), Barbie-Jo Clement (Ronney), Michele Green (Bill) and Kimberly Mason (Phillip); and his brother Benjamin Gallop (Mary) of North Carolina. He is also survived by 15 step-grandchildren, 2 step-great-grandchildren.
