We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Philip Witherell of Monmouth, Maine, born in Winthrop, Maine. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John King Witherell and Phyllis Witherell (Ryer); his wife Avis G. Witherell; his children, Tanya Hubbard and Kevin Witherell; and his brother Arthur H. Witherell.

He is survived by: his son Brett Witherell of Monmouth; his grandchildren, Jason Hubbard and Meghan Hubbard; his son-in-law Jim Bartels; and his siblings, Earle Witherell of Acton and Annette (Romeo Fortier) of Jay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made to The Monmouth Academy Trustees, c/o Steven Palleschi, 208 Blackstap Road, Falmouth, Maine 04105 Read Less.
