He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Foss and Lucy Foss (Greenwood); and his sister Bertha Daley. He is survived by: his wife Illene Foss of Wales; and his sons, Gary Foss (Pat) of Wales, Kenneth Foss (Cheryl) of Wales and Stephen Foss (Wanda) of Wales. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
