He is survived by: his children, Tim Puckett of Illinois, Cathy Puckett (Robert Shoemaker) of Kentucky and Dakota Alford (Casey Linville) of Monmouth; his grandchildren, Everett, Harleigh Linville, Destany and Patience Puckett; his great grandchild Saydie Hart; his daughter-in-law Ashley Puckett; and his siblings, David Puckett and Peggy Puckett of Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
