She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Elwell and Gladys Pitman Elwell of Auburn, Maine.. She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Laplante (Marc) of Minot and Jane Doody of Bangor; her grandchildren, Anna Smith, Kris Doody of Bangor, Jessica Mosher (Matt) of Turner and Lauren Laplante (Missy) of Randolph; and her great grandchildren, Alexa, Rylee Smith, Luke and Lilah Mosher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Fortin & Pinette Group Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, she requested donations be made to Minot Fire and Rescue at 329 Woodman Hill Road Minot, Maine 04258 or the family suggests donations to Andwell Hospice at andwell.org/giving/donate (http://andwell.org).
