He is survived by: his sons, Hunter of Lewiston and Kolton (Cassandra Walker) of Lewiston; his father Michael Small (Melanie) of Minot; his sister Michelle Billings (Greg) of Auburn; his mother Gail Coolidge (Chuck) of Mechanic Falls; and his nephews, Alex and Logan. He is also survived by several aunts, cousins and good friends.
