He was predeceased by: his father Cliff Lavoie of Minot; his wife Martha; and his brother Ray. He is survived by: his children, Glenn Lane (Nikki), Kendall Lane (Monica), Katie Lavoie, Robert (Dee), Nelson (Karen), Norman, Arlene and Richard (Pam); his sisters, Kathy (John Parker) and Lisa (Mark Provost); and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
