She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Andrews and Helen Andrews; and her husband Warren C. Small. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Shannon Small; and her siblings, Priscilla Cunningham, Gail Stites and Paul Andrews. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and step-grandchildren.
