She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Ouellette and Aurore Ouellette; her husbands, H. Clifford Shaffer and Leonard Swazey of Milo; and her siblings, Daniel Ouellette, Delcia Buchta, Verna Parent, Robertine Carmichael of Connecticut, Martha Jacobsen of Maine and Arlene Bower of Ohio.
She is survived by: her siblings, John Melvin Ouellette of Connecticut and Rachel LaPerele of New Hampshire; and her children, Cheryl Botting of Bradford, Charles Shaffer (Stacy) of Sebec, Mary Arrants (Jeff) of Howland, Christine Dostie (Steve) of Leeds and Martha Zakowich (Mark) of Englewood, FL.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
