With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen S. Burton (Milo, Maine), born in South Windsor, Connecticut, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents-in-law, Hanford "Sonny" and Diana Burton; and her brother-in-law Maurice "Beau" Beauregard. She is survived by: her parents, Henry Schimpf and Judith Bissell (Fuller) of South Jordan, UT; her husband Randy Burton; her daughters, Megan (Colonel Robert Bell) of Oakland, ME and Melissa (Micah Sewall) of Bowdoinham, ME; her grandchildren, Garrett Bell, Gabriel Bell, Emmalin Sewall and Keely Sewall; her mother-in-law Marge Schimpf of Windsor, CT; her close friend Denise (Scott Kaser) of Heber City, UT; her siblings, Kelly Beauregard of Lexington, SC, Thomas (Janette Schimpf) of West Jordan, UT and Steven (Cheryl Burton) of Sebastian, Florida; her nieces and nephews, Brendan Longley, Alex Kaser, Anna Kaser, Brianna Schimpf, Brooklyn Schimpf, Matthew Beauregard, Erin Burton and Tricia (Nick Cesena); her friends, Forrest and Karen Hartin; and also, Nichole and Vanessa.
