He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Virginia H. Harmon (Estabrook) and Cecil F. Harmon; his grandmother Helen M. Harmon; his wife Cecilia "CeCe" Miller; his sister-in-law Diane Manrow (Miller); his sons, Jeffrey David of Wilton, Adam Lee (Alicia) of Milo and Scott Cecil of Milo; his grandchildren, Ava Marie and Aidan Cecil-Earl of Milo; his siblings, Lee (Mary) of Texas, Michael (Betsy) of Florida, Sandra Perkins (Allen) of Tennessee, Pamela Waterman (Vincent) of Massachusetts and Betty Jo Harmon of South Portland; and his brother-in-law Thomas Manrow of Durham. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
