She is survived by: her husband Everett Cook of Milo; her children, Richard Cook (Margaret), Brian Cook, Lea VanTassel, Carolee White (Mike) and Kimberly Cook; and her sisters, Anne Belanger of Bristol, CT and Alphena Curtis of Conway, NH.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 19 great- grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
