He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dixon; his stepdaughter Miranda; his children, Joseph (Candy) and Liz Kettner (John); his grandchildren, Tucker and Elle; his adoptive children, Micheal, Steven and Kate; his niece Milinda "Mindy" Durant; and his great-nephew Tommy of North Caroina.
