It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William S. Smart of Millinocket, Maine, born in Lincoln, Maine, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lesley Smart and Susan Smart (McPheters); and his siblings, Worth, Dolly, Malcolm, Louise, Darlene and Cleta.

He is survived by: his siblings, Jacob Smart (Ella), Amery Willette and Patrick Smart (Beth); and his close friends, Harold, Valerie Madden and Karen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
