He was predeceased by: his grandfather John H. Frake of Winthrop. He is survived by: his parents, Jason H. Frake and Amie E. Frake; his brothers, J. Harland Frake II and Ryleigh Cain Frake; his girlfriend Vanessa Albee of Mattawamkeag; his great-grandparent Joan McNally Frake of Winthrop; his grandparents, Janet L. Frake of Winthrop, Leigh of Winthrop and Cheryl Wilkinson of Winthrop; his aunt Jacqui R. Frake; his cousins, Emma Draper, Levi Draper and Leah Maxim of Winthrop; his uncles, John Frake and James Frake (Jessica Frake); his cousins, Elijah Frake and Lauren Frake of Winthrop; his uncle Sean; his aunt Megan Wilkinson; his cousin Percival of Portland; his uncle Leigh Wilkinson (Theo); his cousin Benjamin; and also Terri Shorey. He is also survived by his brothers, cousins, and friends.
