She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Conley and John Conley; her husband Steve Burks of Colorado; and her sister Jody Salmen. She is survived by: her daughter Heather Burks-Eddie; her grandchildren, Faith and Serenity Eddie of Colorado; her son Ryan Burks of Colorado; and her siblings, Leanna Grant (Merle) and Michael Conley (Val). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
