He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gerald G., Helen C. Leavitt (McGowen) and Doris Michaud. He is survived by: his parents, Scott A. Leavitt Sr. and Lorrie Leavitt (Roby); his nephews, Parker and Sawyer; his niece Abby; his siblings, James M. Leavitt (Mary) of Sanford, Katie C. Leavitt (Ryan Robinson) of Millinocket and Morgan M. Leavitt of Minot; his cousin Colleen Nichols; and his close friends, Ernie Brooks, Lance Hartley, Terrance Parone, Jason Berube and Josh Montgomery. He is also survived by his many uncles, aunts and cousins.
