He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Llewellyn McGibbon and Ella McGibbon (Mank); his spouse Nathalie "Money" Murphy; his sons, Richard McGibbon, Jr. (Nadine) and Thomas McGibbon (Sylvia); his grandchildren, Sean McGibbon and Nichole Beard (Matthew); his great grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas and Taylor Beard; and his brothers, George McGibbon, Llewellyn McGibbon, Jr., Robert McGibbon and Lawrence McGibbon. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
