He was predeceased by: his significant other Charlene Freeman. He is survived by: his siblings, Katherine of Brewer and Edward of Indiana; and his children, Eric, Lynne (Keith), Roger (Dawn), Lisa (Jim) and Denise (Mike). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be private due to pandemic guidelines.
