We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2021, at the age of 84, Norma Dow of Millinocket, Maine, born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Napier and Thelma Napier (Goode); her husband John W. Dow; her children, Lisa Davies, Paula Linneken and Jim Dow; her grandchildren, Aaron Davies, Kayla Dow and Christine Macisso; her great grandchildren, Owen Macisso, Natalie Macisso and Norah Jordan; her sister-in-law Jane Fitzgerald (Dean); and her friend Rose Goddard. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
