He was predeceased by: his parents, Vijaya Rao and Devapala Karikala (Asoda); and his siblings, Lazarus and Emmanuel. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie J. (Stairs); his children, Heather Karikala (Cody), Faith Karikala and Josiah Karikala; his grandchildren, Ethan, Aurora and Indi-Ari; and his siblings, Shylaja and Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
