He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Crosby (Dunphy); his daughters, Laurie Robichaud (Vernon) of Woodville and Donna Birkel (Kevin) of Brewer; his grandson Jeremy Atwood (Robin); his great grandchildren, Eva and Ben; his grandchildren, Leah Atwood, Mike Chasse and Jason Birkel (Erin); his great grandchild Brooks; his grandchild Ryan Birkel (Megan); his great grandchildren, Olivia and Isabel; his sister Colleen Williams; and his caregivers, Ashley, Angela, Amanda, Melissa and Steve. He is also survived by several nieces nephews, and cousins.
